Great page on the women of drag racing. The photo on the Peggy Hart page is not Peggy in the dragster. It is Warren Poole's spouse driving his blown Chrysler dragster, from Muscatine Iowa. It has been misidentified several times, including on Don Ewald's site. Peggy did drive a dragster, but it was Cad powered, even came with a radiator so Peggy could drive it home. There was also Diane Vanderberg, who ran a flathead powered deuce coupe in the early '50s.
